Buying a package
A virtual-coin purchase gives you the product described in the checkout terms. Look at the price, the coin type, whether any promotion is attached, and the refund conditions before confirming. Optional purchases are an entertainment expense, not an investment or an assurance of a prize. Save the receipt and use a payment method authorized for your own account.
Requesting a prize
A redeemable promotion can have its own qualification, verification, minimum, maximum, method, and delivery rules. A balance shown in the lobby is not the same thing as an approved prize. Follow the operator’s official request flow and keep the request reference.
Compare the full journey
