Saved on your device
Your explorer name, emblem, saved casinos, comparison selections, and learning progress are kept in this browser’s local storage, separately for each site. Explorer profiles and learning progress are not synchronized to an account. Opening a comparison sends the selected operator IDs in its page URL, and site search sends your search terms to the server. Avoid personal information in searches. Clearing browser data removes them. The Saved page lets you clear your saved casino list.
Contact form
If you submit a contact request, the site stores the site name, your name, email address, topic, message, and submission time in its private server inbox. This allows the site team to review your request. It does not enroll you in marketing. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or casino account information.
Retention and removal
Contact requests older than 90 days are removed when the inbox or contact service next processes a request. The site team can remove them sooner. You can request removal through the contact form using the email address associated with your original request.
Visitor reviews
Review submissions store your private email, public display name, rating, title, experience, date, declared connection, and moderation status. Approved content and editorial replies are public. Email and private access codes are never published. We store only a hash of your private code. No email or transaction verification is claimed.
Pending and rejected submissions older than 90 days are deleted when the review service processes a request. Approved reviews remain until removed. Your private receipt code lets you edit or delete the review and its personal details. Reports are private to moderators. Resolved reports are removed after 90 days; moderation event records contain a review reference, action, and reason and expire after a year. Temporary abuse-prevention counters use hashed network identifiers and expire after 10 minutes. Deletion removes a record from the active application database. Hosting-provider backups may follow a separate retention schedule.
Links to operators
When you open an operator link, you leave this website. The destination’s privacy practices apply. Affiliate URLs may contain referral identifiers. This application does not save a personal casino click history. It counts operator-link requests in daily totals without a visitor identifier.
Service emails and recovery
When email delivery is configured, our transactional email provider processes your email address and a service message for submission confirmations or a recovery link you request. This does not enroll you in marketing. Recovery links expire after 30 minutes and are used only when you confirm them. Email queue records expire after 30 days. Owner alerts contain a reference and private dashboard link, not the full message.
Aggregate site counts
We keep daily page-request and operator-link totals for up to 90 days. These counts contain no IP address, search text, email, cookie or visitor identifier. Sanitized error records contain a page path and error category and expire after 30 days.
Backups
Encrypted application backups are kept privately for up to 14 days. Removal from the active database does not immediately remove an entry from an existing backup. Hosting-provider backups may have a separate retention schedule.
Hosting
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information to operate the site. This application does not include third-party advertising scripts or external analytics. Any future tracking integration requires an updated privacy notice.
